1. I think it's my most successful image because the lighting from the side really emphasizes the bright pieces in the photo.
2. The most challenging aspect of this assignment was choosing which technique would best capture the photo.
3. In the future I feel I can create stronger images by taking multiple shots of the same thing with different angles to see what captures the image best.

Hi Kylie, I really like how this photo is so basic, yet the lighting really captures all aspects of it making it very appealing to the eye. The side lighting onto the pink pillow really draws me into this image. the depth of field definitely compliments the focus on the couch as the subject of this photo. The lighting truly gives the couch that warm, brown look that works perfectly for the photo. The image almost makes me feel cozy, as the light creates warmth on the already comfortable-looking couch. the only thing I would consider is taking the photo a little farther away just so one could see the whole couch. Overall, I really like this photo.

Hey Kylie!! I actually really like this side light picture you took. I think it is simple, but captures an everyday comfort feeling. I like how the texture of the pillows are the highlight of this photo. I think the red pillow really stands out compared to the dark brown couch!
