The photo you selected I completely agree with is your best image! The contrast and depth that shadows give and the clarity of the photo is beautiful. I can see exactly where peace and tranquility is achieved because the photo has such a calming sense. Choosing the angle to shoot makes a photo what it is and the perspective you see it from. That is also something I want to work on in my own photos throughout the semester!
